Cost: Don't even want to think about it, alot but it was worth it.
Magical Enhancements: Main power is the DarkWhirlwind, a modified
spell that comes from the idea of Sakon's Whirlwind Attack. It takes four prep lines to prepare the spell, and it will release a whirlwind tunnel of black light in the direction that the saber is pointing in, exploding anything it comes in contact with. Though the attack could be stopped with a barrier, it would most likely destroy the barrier when it hit, even if it didn't go any further. The other enhancement on the blade is the energy slash, in which if the blade is powered enough, when a person gets cut with the blade, energy with cling into the wound and expand it. The blade can be used to harness, channel and sap energy. It will absorb 75% of magical attacks and transform them into energy that can be later used by Bane.
Magical Disadvantages: The blade reflects Bane's mood alot more
then it generally should. If she becomes particularly angered by somthing, the blade will react and start to draw in energy from any
surrounding lifeforms. If it gains enough energy, it will emit a blast like a black orb, coming out from all sides to surround bane, and expand out, consuming everything in it's way.
Physical Appearence: The blade of the saber is black with silver blood channels. The tip is coated so that it will enter somone more easily. The metal was heated in magical fire, white fire and baator flames, in order to prevent it from ever melting. It was treated with pure energy, to prevent it from ever breaking. The result of the magical treatments leaves the blade with a dull black glow that is very visible when held up to a lighter object. The crossbar is fashioned to look like two wolves leaping out from the center of the weapon, each with yellow crystals embeded in their eyes, each clutching a black crystal in their mouth. Each side of the crossbar will detach from the weapon when the crystal in the mouth is pushed in, and they will come off to be two small throwing dagggers. THe blades are very thin so that they could fit inside the crossbar. The hilt is fashioned to have black and silver snakes twining around it, which form a sort of basket at the top in which a blood red crystal rests. All of the snakes have small yellow crystals embeded in their eyes.
A Note: ShadowFang cannot be wielded by another unless Bane gives the saber to them for use. If somone does take it from her, it will quickly become white hot. If somone attempts to use it against her, it will disolve, and later reform back in the Thieves HQ.
